Achieving Success

Since becoming operational in August 2006, the Calgary West Central Primary Care Network has moved quickly to implement innovative programs that build on the strengths and resources that currently exist in the local health care system. The Calgary West Central Primary Care Network has built a network of over 275 family physicians and has implemented numerous programs, with more to come in 2010.

Since the inception of the Primary Care Network, our member physicians, our Calgary Health Region partner and PCN staff have worked together to deliver on the vision of the Calgary West Central Primary Care Network.

Here are just some of our key accomplishments.
